At a session of the Courtfor the County of Waahtenaw, halden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tueaday, the twentv-third day of December, in the year one thousand" eight hundred and ninety. Present. J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter ol the óslale of Mary A. Ottmar, insane. Conistock F. Hill, the guardián of said ward, comes into court and leprescnts tbat he is now prapared to render hia animal acoonnt as auch guardián: Thereupon it is ordered. that Tuesday, the 20th day of January next, at ten o'clock in the (orenoon, be assigned for eyamining and allowing such account, and that the next of kin of said ward and all other personsinterested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, tben to be holden at the Probate Office, in ihe city of Ann Arbor, ia said county, and show cause, if any there be, why tho said account should not be allo wed: And it ís further ordered, .hat said guardián give notice to the persona nterested in said estáte, of the pendenoy of saiö acotnint, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published In the Ann Arbor AiUtU3,a newsnaperprintedand ciroulatinginsaid county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
