One Maine railroad finds that tha practice of walking on the track in the winter time may cause a partial suspension of its operations. People tread the snow so kard upon the tracks of the Monson railroad that the conipany announces that it will be nnable to keep its branches open this winter unless the practice ceases. This appeal ongkt to bring about the resultmost to be desired.
