DEFAUXT having been made in the condiïons of a certain mortgage, bearing date the irst day of December, 1875, made and executed by ChrÍ8tian Sanzi and Christiana Sanzl, his wife, both of Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Ernasiel Beek, of the same place, and recorded in Liber 61, page 572, of Mortgages, in the Office )f the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw Couny, State of Michigan, on the flrst day of Deember, 1875; on which Mortgage tbere is laimed to be due at the date of tuis notice the mm of Pourteen Hundred and Thirteen Dotars and flfty-flve cents, and no suitor proceedng at law orin equity having been instituted 0 recover the same or any part thereof; and aid Mortgage having been duly assigned by he said Emanuel Beek to John W.Beck and by he said John W.
