The infant daughter of Charles and Jennie Kanouse died Feb. 22. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the Baptist church.
The social that was to be held at Henry Hammonds', last Friday, was postponed on account of the weather, but will be held this Friday evening.
Elisha Hiscock, who lived with his son 1 1/2 miles south of this place, died of old age, Feb. 20th. He was 97 years old, and was a pensioner of the war of 1812. The funeral was held Sunday, at the Methodist church, sermon by Elder Palmer.
