The following i a synopsis of the Apportionment Bill, which has passed the House of Representativos by the decisive vole of33 to 11. It gives 22 Senators and G6 Representativos. The Districls nre arranged as follows : BENATE.lst District - VVayne, Mucomb, and St. Clair - 4 Senators. i 2d District - Monroe, Lenawce, Ilillsdalc and Branch - 4 Senators. 3d District - Van Buren, St. Joseph, Cass and Berrien - 2 Senators. 4th District - Allegan, Kalamazoo and Calhoun - 2 Senators. 5th District - Jackson, Washtenaw and Livingston - 4 Senators. 6th District - Oakland, Lapeer, Genesee, Shiawassee, Soginaw, Mackinaw and Chippcwa - 4 Senators. 7th District - Clinton, Barry, Ottawa, Kent, Ionta, Eaton and Ingham - 2 Senators. HOUSE. Wayne and Oakland 6 members each ; Lenawee and Washtenaw 5 each ; Calhoun, Jackson, Macomb and Monroe '3 ench ; Borrien, Branch, Cass, Genessee, Milisdrie, Kalamazoo, Livingston, Si. Clair and St. Joseph, 2 each ; Allegan, Barry, Chippewa, Clinton, Eaton, ingham, lonia, Lapeer, Mackinaw, Saginaw, Shiawassee and Van Buren, 1 each; and Kent and Ottawa, a district with two repre.sentatives.
