CLUB ANNIVERSARY LUNCHEON: A group of women living in Ann Arbor township 25 years ago organized informally as the Needlecraft Club when they found some of the neighbors of long standing leaving to live elsewhere. The bond of preserving the friendships through the years in spite of departures has kept alive interest in the gatherings of the women, and they celebrated the silver anniversary of their group at a luncheon yesterday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Frank Robinson on Geddes Ave. In the party above, from left to right, are the members, Mrs. Charles D. Mrs. Henry Rowley spends some of her spare moments making figurines out of cornstarch, salt and water for her friends and for various organizations to use as place-makers at dinners. She got the idea for the tiny Santas, angels, skiers and sledders from the cornstarch mountains she used to mould as a grade-school pupil making relief maps for her geography classes.
