Huber (aboe), who served on a battleship during the First World war, has been appointed a warrant officer in the Naval Reserve and will report for duty April 1 in the Navy's civil engineering construction corps at Williamburg, Va. He is road maintenance superintendent for the Washtenaw county road commission.
