MARQUEE MESSAGE: The management of the two campus area theaters urged a Michigan football victory over Michigan State today by rearranging the wording of the films they're showing. This one at the State Theater puns on the picture "Tea and Sympathy" by making one side of the marquee read "Tea D's For Michigan, Sympathy For State."

Making Adversity Pay Off The advertising trappings of a mystery thriller are on display with the "real McCoy" at the State Theatre lobby. John Smith, manager, capitalized upon the genuine work of burglars who netted several hundred dollars from a safe-cracking job there by surrounding the damaged vault with "whodunnit" material in the lobby area. Peering into the ruins is Gerald H. Hoag, Butterfield Theatres manager in this area.
