Harris, a Democrat, will be sworn into office Monday. Yesterday afternoon's meeting was suggested by Hulcer to have a "smooth transition" from a Republican to a Democratic administration. Mayor Greets Elders A copy of the Book of Mormon is presented to Mayor Wendell H. Hulcher by Elder Harold B. Curtis, Shelley, Idaho, and Elder Ross L. Anderson, Santa Ana, Calif. The elders are serving as missionaries in the Indiana-Michigan area for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormon). At the age of 19, young men of the Mormon church may serve as missionaries at their own expense either in the United States or overseas. At present, these are 16,000 Mormon missionaries serving full-time.
