NEW DOWNTOWN RESTAURANT: This is the bar area of the new Washtenaw Cafe of 211 N. Main St. It was opened earlier this week by Zaharin Toshcoff, owner, who had the N. Main location completely renewed. Zaharin is employing eight persons, to start, to operate the 54-seat restaurant.
