Candied Quarters Bazaar booths will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Friday in Westminster Presbyterian Church, displaying items for sale including this candy house, baked goods, children's toys, holiday decorations and handiwork. Mrs. Robert E. Bowlin, Mrs. W. C. Elliott, Mrs. Rankin Swan, Mrs. Charles L. Rulfs, Mrs. John E. Wirth and Mrs. Ralph Morrill are chairmen of the booths. Proceeds from sales, from 2 to 4 p.m. tea and from the 7 to 9 p.m. dessert will enter the church's building fund. Kitchen experts will find a booth full of colorful aprons.

Bizarre Bazaar Lady This life-size "granny" is one of the many attractions which will be seen at the West Side Methodist Church's fall Country Festival scheduled for Friday from 1 to 9 p.m. The fund-raising event will feature a chicken broil to be served from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. There also will be a bakery, gift shoppe, sweet shoppe, farm pantry and a junk emporium to delight visitors.

Among the items available will be Christmas decorations, baked goods, cookbooks, Christmas cards, sewing items, and canned goods. A pork chow mein luncheon will be served Thursday and a salad luncheon Friday. A chicken and swiss steak dinner will be served Thursday. Bazaar hours will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
