ONE OF FIRST U-M GRADS: The Rev. Judson D. Collins was a member of the first University graduating class and was the first Methodist Episcopal Church missionary who went to China where, history recounts, he laid the foundation of Chinese educational life in a public school at Soochow. The Rev. Mr. Collins' grave is on the Stephen Hadley farm on Roepke Rd. in a cemetery plot which is a memorial to the churchman.

NO MARKER, EH? About as soon as a story in yesterday's News concerning a group taking a collection for a marker for the grave of Ann Arbor's "Railroad Jack" was off the press, the telephone started ringing in the editorial room. Railroad Jack's grave already has a marker, the callers said. A News photographer hustled out to St. Thomas Cemetery and the picture printed here proves them right.
