HELPING HANDS - AND FEET: Sideline help is appreciated in all sports and there were good examples of it yesterday as Ann Arbor High won a dual track meet from Battle Creek. At top, an unidentified fan strains right along with Pioneer Bennie Haywood but the extra help did no good. Haywood missed at 5 feet.

Each was helpful in last night's dual meet at Jackson. Haywood qualified for state competition in the shot put and 100-yard dash, Coleman also made it in the shot put, and Dixon will compete in the high jump.
