NEW VA HOSPITAL: This Ann Arbor News aerial photo shows the progress on the new Veterans Administration Hospital now under construction at the northeast edge of the city. Officials of the J. D. Hedin Construction Col contractors for the project, report the outside brickwork practically complete. The small building in the right foreground in this picture looking east, is an apartment building, to be used for supervisory personnel of the hospital. Building to the left of it is for nurses' quarters, and the tiny building beyond that is a pump house. The other separate building in extreme left background is for attendants' quarters. Stack in background rises from the hospital's power plant.
