SNOW REMOVAL - SMALL FRY STYLE: While most youngsters found this morning's damp, clinging snowfall ideal for play purposes, young Tommy French took on the familiar winter chore of sidewalk shoveling. The long-handled ice remover he's using may not be the best tool for the job, but Tommy is having a lot of fun anyway. He is the four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R.
