WAITING FOR THE CIRCUS: It was hot last Saturday noon as Ann Arbor waited for the Parker & Watts street parade, so these young circus fans wore suitably cool attire. Standing in front of The News building, they kept their eyes turned in the direction of Fourth Ave. for the first glimpse of the horses and the cages. And you should have seen them hold their ears when the puffing calliope steamed by.
