PARADE OFFERS ITS COMEDY ASPECTS: Among the floats and stunts which amused the crowds who saw the Michigras parade here yesterday was this entry by Psi Upsilon fraternity. As a parody on the song, "On the Steps of Psi U," Samuel L. Perry, sophomore student from New Canaan, Conn., submitted to the indignity of playing the doorstep baby. Another sophomore, John L. Chapman, Grosse Pointe, led the horse.
