The $1.7 million, eight-floor pentagonal structure will be dedicated at 4 p.m. Friday. U.S. housing and welfare officials from Washington, D.C., will help dedicate the facility. It is financed under a Housing and Home Finance Agency 50-year loan. So far, 120 units have been leased and 70 of those have been occupied. Other applicants are being screened.
