STRIKERS ON PARADE: Bedecked fore-and-aft with placards proclaiming the sentiments of striking telephone workers throughout the nation, these employees of the Michigan Bell Telephone Co. patrol the company's main office on E. Washington St. The strike began at 6 o'clock this morning, and only 25 of the 375 employees of the local office reported on their jobs.
