'GOOD PARADE, EH, OFFICER': That seems to be what two-year-old Jeffrey Craig Reed is saying to Ypsilanti Patrolman Elwood K. Dethloff during Ypsilanti's traditional parade last night. Dethloff, tallest of Ypsilanti's patrolmen at 6 feet, 4 inches, is seldom forced to look up to anyone as he does here at the youngster atop the trash container. The boy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Reed of 1341 Oakland Ct., Willow Village.
