LET 'EM RING! Ronald Frey, 7, son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd E. Frey of 1301 Brooks St., convinces Mayor Cecil O. Creal that there ought to be a campaign to ring bells on July 4. Creal agreed that the idea, initiated in the East recently and enthusiastically promoted here by Ronald, is a good one to "reawaken the true spirit of '76." Creal said he will suggest all types of bells be rung on Independence Day.
