Person protesting against the University turning over campus membership lists to the House Committee on Un-American Activities painted this sign on a board fence facing the office of U-M Vice President Richard L. Cutler. The demonstrators held a sit-in in the office of U-M Vice President Allen F. Smith yesterday and, dissatisfied with a statement issued by the University, later met with Smith and Cutler to discuss the issue. Counter signs saying " Kill the Commies" and " Give Um The H-Bomb" appeared on the fence this morning.
