Warming Thought It was about 15 degrees outside when Mrs. Ian S. Scott put the temperature out of her mind and went to work on a warm (weather) theme -- summer wear -- at Jacobson's, 612 E. Liberty. Today's low of 9 degrees a few hours earlier equaled the record for March 8, set in 1960. Mrs. Scott, of 643 Manor Dr., is fittingly named June.
