TROUBLE'S JUST AROUND THE CORNER: Girl friends of these Ypsilanti High School boys are in for a little friendly "trouble" as these pictures indicate. The boys, who hurried from their YHS classes to hide by the Ypsi Fire Department station nearby (above), are all primed and ready to unloose a barrage of freshly made snowballs. Result? Standing before a map of the city he helped protect for 37 years, Ypsilanti Fire Chief Gerald Kelly receives a plaque from Mayor Vincent H. Buck. Kelly was honored at a reception yesterday at the Ypsilanti City Hall, also receiving awards and gifts from fellow employes and the Ypsilanti Area Chamber of Commerce. The city's Civil Service Commission has recommended that Fire Captain Russell M. Forsyth succeed Kelly.
