The meat of Dr. Francis' answers: "It is a long, detailed study...we have not completed our report...no final conclusions have been formulated by anyone on the staff at the Center." On Tuesday, April 12, however, Dr. Francis and his staff have promised a report on the vaccine's effectiveness.
