Ice Rinks Being Prepared: Work was in full swing again today at the city's ice rinks in an effort to have them prepared for weekend skating. So far this year the weather has severely curtailed use of the skating at the city facilities. Working at West Park is Ray Gibson (foreground), a Parks Department employee who lives at 627 Miller.
