AVIATION NOTABLES AT BANQUET: Robert H. Hinckley, new chairman of the Civil Aeronautics Authority, was the principal speaker at the dinner held in the Michigan Union Saturday night by the University of Michigan student branch of the Institute of the Aeronautical Sciences in connection with Aviation on Parade. Mr. Hinckley is at the left in the above photograph. To the right, in order, are: Duncan C. Moore, announcer for radio station WJR, who acted as toastmaster; William B. Stout, Detroit aviation pioneer and inventor; Cyril C. Thompson, assistant to the president of United Airlines; and Prof. Edward A. Stalker, chairman of the University's department of aeronautical engineering.
