Griswold of the Taylor Cub plane in the picture, is shown here with two of a number of persons who have been taking flying lessons in the plane in recent weeks and the instructor, Roy Nass of Ypsilanti. From left to right are Mr. Herrick, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Loomis of Northville and Mr. Nass. The plane is operated from the old Stinson field at Six Mile and Beck Rds., east of Salem.
