TANKS FOR WIND TUNNEL: Ten oil tanks, from tanker cars originally intended for Russian railroads, have arrived at Willow Run and are being unloaded to form an air pressure unit in a supersonic wind tunnel for testing models of planes traveling at speeds greater than sound. The tunnel is part of the equipment of the University of Michigan aeronautical engineering department's laboratory at Willow Run, for research and teaching of students.
