'Disaster' Is Just Practice: Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Chelsea high school students got the treatment Wednesday at Buhr Park. They served as victims during the annual disaster training exercise for a dozen area police and civil defense agencies. The students had realistic wounds placed on them and were rushed to area hospitals by ambulance. The exercise simulated a gas explosion and fire which would injure and burn 141 person.
