It's lunch time at Slauson Junior High School and part of the diners crowd the cafeteria. About 100 full lunches and 150 partial lunches are served daily. For 30 cents, a sample menu: spaghetti and meat-balls, spinach, a bread-and-butter sandwich, milk and orange juice, and a baked apple for dessert. Teachers pay 35 cents for the same fare.
