CHILLY HADES: A "sinners and saints" scene was depicted by members of Alph Phi (the "angels") and Acacala fraternity (the "devils") in yesterday's Michigras parade. The "angels" had a little trouble keeping their halos at the right angle, but the "devils'" horns were most secure.
