Warnhoff of 1315 Franklin Blvd., was presented a golden key to the city and named "citizen extraordinary" in connection with his many years of making toys for children at a special meeting of the City Council last night. Warnhoff, displaying the ward, is the first local resident ever to be presented a key to the city.
