MICHIGAN'S K-9 CORPS WILL BE REMEMBERED: A bronze statue of a war dog standing over an Army rifle at Happy Hunting Grounds Memorial park for pets will serve to remind Michiganians of the part dogs played in the recent war. The statue, shown here, will be formally dedicated at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Aug. 4. The park is at Eleven Mile and Smith Rds., one mile north and one-half miles east of South Lyon, or two miles south of the New Hudson stop light.
