Argus, Inc. has sold two Min-
neapolis, Minn., n., manufacturing
plants ii purchased in 1947.
Both were bought by the Deep
Draw Die Corp. of Minneapolis, i
Until March, when Argus sus-1
pended production at the two fac-
tories, the plants had made elec-j
trie fans, clocks, heaters and ball
point pens and parts. Originally
