Murder Plea
Postponed Week
Harold A. Johnson, 38, is scheduled to enter a plea one week
from tomorrow to the charge of murdering his 35-year-old wife
and two young daughters on Jan. 9.
J o h n s o n and his attorney, Ralph C. Keyes, appeared before
Circuit Judge James R. Breakey, Jr., this morning. Keyes asked
that the arraignment be postponed to next week because reports and investigations of the case are not yet available.
