YPSILANTI - Capt. Russell M. Forsyth, senior member of the Ypsilanti Fire Department, returned to his duties today after recovering from injuries suffered in a minor car accident Nov. 27.
Forsyth was hospitalized for several days with neck injuries suffered when his car was hit from the rear by another near his home.
