BUSY FINGERS: A Valentine's party is twice as much fun when the guests help make the party. Everyone gets to decorate his own cookies at this party planned by Judy Westerman (second from left) and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Westerman of Granger Ave. Her brother Scott III adds a man's touch to his cookie.
