Rayment, Merrill D.
Ann Arbor, MI
Age 92, died Friday, December 19, 1997. He was born April 11, 1906 in Chatham, Ontario to William and Minnie Rayment. He came to Michigan with his family as a young child and resided in Ann Arbor his entire life. He worked at King Seely and then retired from Argus Camera. He married Viva Fahrner in August 1933, she survives. They were married 64 years and had one daughter, Patricia Penpraze, she resides in Arizona. Merrill had three brothers and four sisters. Deceased are Percy Rayment, Thurlow Rayment, Stella Figg, Nettie Parkes. Surviving are Donald (Marge) Rayment, Helen Bethke, and Mabel O'Donnell. He has two step-grandchildren, Cheryl White and Laurie Craver; and three great-grandchildren, Dale, Thomas and James White. Cremation has taken place, as per his wishes there will be no funeral.
