Description
Do you suffer from aches, pains, or fatigue that are slowing you down on a daily basis? Do you feel older than you actually are? Inflammation can be a protective mechanism that our bodies need to defend itself from the outside world. However when inflammation becomes chronic & constant it can lead to diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
This lecture focuses on the causes and some potential solutions for inflammation that can be practiced on a daily basis and don't require a prescription!
Our guest speaker, Nishath Hakim, MD has over 20 years of combined experience in Primary Care, Holistic Medicine and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. She is dedicated to addressing the immediate health problem of her patients, she also focuses on discovering and treating deeper causes of disease or illness.
