Keegan C. Rodgers, owner of The Lakehouse Bakery in Chelsea, leads this lively talk!
Whether in a pie, compote, naked, or any one of the hundreds of way to prepare them, fruits play a major role in culinary arts. We’ll explore ways to get the most flavor from a variety of fruits as well as several ways to prepare them for use in both sweet and savory applications. As always, you will leave with several recipes to get started at home! Keegan will demo how to get the most out of a few fruits and attendees will taste of a fruit salad!
