School Board Briefs
Fifteen resignatfons amf one leave of absence from the professional staff w e r e approved last night by the Ann Arbor Board of Education. o o The legal firm of Bonisteel and Bonisteel and the auditing firm of Icerman, Johnson and Hof f man were retained for the 1968-69 fiscal year. o o The appointments of Clarence McFall, Larry Zimmer and Daniel Schurz to the Recreation Advisory Board were approved by the trustees. Mrs. Virginia Van den Broek was reappointed to the Library Advisory Council until June of 1970. One more vacancy on the Library Council must still be filled. ! o o The Gelman Instrument Co. donated equipment for an air pollution station at Ann Arbor High School, worth $927. The Ladies Libra r y Association donated $400 for the purchase of art books for the Public Library. Both gifts were j ed with thanks by the trustees,! last night. I o o Trustee Josepti T. A. Lee was the only trustee absent for the 3 hours of briefing, regular and executive sessions.
