I Sooren CJozmanian, plannerexpediter for the public schools, told the Aim Arbor Board of Education last night 'that completion of units 2, 3, and 4 of Huron High School is "assured"bythe secondl semester of the school year, but a final answer on whether or not other units will be completed by that time won't be forth.coming until about Dec. 1. Scheduled to open this fall, construction of the school hasj been delayed by construction worker strikes. Gozmanian said, "We are not prepared to say right now whether or not the school will be ready by the second semester. By next meeting we can be more precise." He added, however, that it probably won't be until near IDec. 1 that "we will be able to give a final answer as to whether or not it will be completed by the second semester. "Everything is rolling veryi nicely and it looks encouraging," Gozmanian said. Although classrooms may be finished by next semester, Gozmanian reported that the fieldhouse unit and auditorium-music unit are not expected to be completed until about Aug. 1, 1969. Site work will be completed by Oct. 15, provided topsoil' spreading and sodding is closely scheduled to follow the work of A. Z. Shimna Co., building contractors, he said.
