Detective Wilson Points Out Tire Marks To Detective Bordine, November 18, 1966 Photographer: Duane Scheel
Year:
1966
Published In:
Ann Arbor News, November 19, 1966
Caption:
Sheriff's Detective Chester A. Wilson uses a pen knife to point out to Sheriff's Lt. Stanton L. Bordine tire marks near a Livingston County bridge where the nude body of Thomas Brown was dumped on the night of Nov. 10. The officers first viewed the gravel road which is five miles from Hartland and close to US-23 early last Wednesday morning when Ralph C. Nuss, Brown's accused killer, led them to the body. The corpse was thrown over the concrete wall at the right and into a shallow stream. A rural cemetery is barely visible on a rise at the upper right.
