George Romney (left) and University President Harlan Hatcher posed today on earth-moving equipment that will be used in construction of a 24,000-square-foot rental facility in Research Park. Romney called local research the "most meaningful type of activity in the state" during a five-minute talk at a groundbreaking ceremony in the park. It signaled immediate start of work.
