The Copper And The Bell: Ann Arbor Patrolman Charles Fleming checks a large bell "borrowed" last summer from the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house on the Michigan State University campus. The U-M chapter of the fraternity recovered the bell from another campus group yesterday and asked police to keep it for them until it can be returned to the MSU campus this afternoon. It's no painted blue; it was green and white.
