From Fall To Winter. As leaves fall from the trees, and winter taps us on the shoulder, milkwood and accompanying hay fever is nearly gone for another year. Cold nights are taking the green from the grass, and leaving a light frost in its place. The birds too are leaving the North, and sooner than we think, winter will be upon us. Where grass, leaves and greenery once covered Ann Arbor, a blanket of snow will soon be seen. Then it will be some six months before greenery reappears.
