WAITING ROOMS PROVIDED AT SIX GATES: At each gate in American Airlines' soundproofed concourse is an area where passengers and others may wait for arriving planes. A branch ticket counter and luggage-weighing facilities are nearby for passengers late in arriving at the terminal. Also lining the concourse are operations and other offices of American Airlines.

EXIT ON GROUND LEVEL: Deplaning passengers and others will use the lower level as an exit. Attendants will bring cars from a nearby lot to a ground floor door. The ramp (center) is the entranceway, leading from an elevated roadway to the main lobby of the glass and steel terminal building. The modern terminal is part of a $25,000,000 project.
