Harry and the Potters are an American rock band known for spawning the genre of wizard rock. Since 2002, they have performed their legendary high-energy live show at libraries and other venues around the country. Inspired by equal parts Fugazi and They Might Be Giants, Bruce Springsteen, and Negativland, the band continues to occupy a bizarre niche that brings their DIY punk ethos to the fandom of a mainstream cultural phenomenon.
Brothers Joe and Paul DeGeorge grew up in a suburban Boston house that has a cupboard under the stairs. This performance will include old favorites and new tracks from Lumos, their first full-length album in over a decade.
