Lieut. Leonard S. Flo, piloting the Waco biplane shown in the lower picture, made a perfect landing on Ann Arbor's new airport Friday - the first to be made on the municipal field. Lieut. Flo, (left) was accompanied by Eli A. Gallup, (right) superintendent of parks, and Harold G. Ristine (center), Daily News reporter, on the flight from Ford Airport to Ann Arbor Airport. The photograph of the plane was taken just as the machine came to a stop.
